Jakarta, Dec. 14 -- Creative Economy Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya stated that micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) strengthen the foundation of the national economy.

"UMKM are not only a celebration of creativity and entrepreneurship, but also a concrete step to strengthen the national economy through empowerment programs and the creative economy," Harsya said in a statement issued here on Sunday.
