Jakarta, Feb. 21 -- The Indonesian government is committed to providing excellent public services during Eid mass homecomings this year, an infrastructure official said on Friday.

"Our goal is to deliver the best service to the community, not just in words but in practice," said Herzaky Mahendra Putra, a spokesperson for the Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development.

He stated that specific technical measures for implementing the Eid homecoming policy will be announced soon by Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono.
