Tangerang, Banten, Sept. 24 -- Indonesia's Deputy Industry Minister Faisol Riza on Wednesday called on the nation's two-wheeler industry to create a 10-year roadmap to address rapid technological disruption and global shifts in mobility.

Speaking at the 2025 Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) in Jakarta, Riza said the sector must adapt to changes driven by artificial intelligence and digital innovation.

"The government wants the automotive sector, especially two-wheelers, to develop a stricter roadmap as we face accelerating disruption from information technology," he told attendees.
