Jakarta, Jan. 23 -- Indonesian Foreign Minister Sugiono reiterated the country's commitment to a non-aligned stance in global geopolitics, responding to US interest in acquiring Greenland from Denmark.
Speaking in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland, on Friday, Sugiono emphasized Indonesia's neutral position amid rising tensions in Greenland.
"In essence, we maintain a non-aligned stance. The world is highly dynamic, but national interests must remain protected," he said.
Sugiono stressed that Indonesia consistently prioritizes global peace and stability as essential foundations for prosperity and international welfare.
