Jakarta, Feb. 1 -- Manpower Minister Yassierli stated that the government is transforming vocational training centers (BLKs) to ensure training aligns with industry needs, increases accessibility, and creates broader employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

"This transformation includes strengthening BLKs as productivity clinics, talent and innovation hubs, and business incubators," Yassierli said in a statement in Jakarta on Sunday.

He explained that the goal is to make the benefits of vocational training more tangible for the public.

Under this plan, the skills taught will reflect the ever-changing demands of the job market, simultaneously expanding opportunities for individuals to secure employment or launch businesses.
