Padang, W Sumatra, Feb. 16 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Religious Affairs will soon implement a new curriculum to instill solidarity and prevent discrimination in Islamic schools (madrasas).

Farid F. Saenong, a special staff member to the Minister of Religious Affairs, said on Sunday that the creation of the curriculum, called the Love Curriculum, is inseparable from social issues in the community that also relate to the education sector.

The curriculum is designed to ensure that no madrasa student feels entitled to discriminate against minority groups or people of different religions, he explained.
