Jakarta, Oct. 24 -- Indonesia's Social Affairs Ministry is preparing to adopt an internationally standardized inclusive education model to improve services and skills training for children with disabilities.
Social Affairs Minister Saifullah Yusuf announced the plan on Friday after visiting the Jakarta-based London School of Public Relations (LSPR). The ministry will adapt LSPR's high-standard educational model across its social centers.
LSPR provides a disability-friendly learning environment with modern facilities and trained teachers, enabling students with disabilities to compete professionally. The ministry plans to implement a similar model in 30 social centers nationwide.
