Jakarta, June 10 -- Trade Minister Budi Santoso stated that negotiations on the Indonesia-European Union Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (I-EU CEPA) and the Indonesia-Eurasian Economic Union Free Trade Area (I-EAEU FTA) are expected to be completed by 2025.
He remarked that these two crucial agreements will broaden and improve market access for Indonesian products in both Europe and the Eurasian region.
"We are targeting (to finalize) both agreements this year. The Trade Ministry, which is leading these negotiations, will ensure their completion so that the benefits can be directly experienced by business players and the public," he noted in the ministry's statement issued here on Tuesday.
