Jakarta, Feb. 11 -- The Indonesian government continues to accelerate the rehabilitation of educational infrastructure across three flood- and landslide-hit provinces of Sumatra to ensure learning activities can fully return to normalcy.

This was highlighted by the Chair of the Sumatra Post-Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Acceleration Task Force, Muhammad Tito Karnavian, in a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Karnavian, concurrently serving as Minister of Home Affairs, emphasized that repairing educational facilities is key to ensuring that teaching and learning activities can return to normal.
