Jakarta, Aug. 22 -- Indonesian Transportation Minister Dudy Purwagandhi encouraged strengthening Indonesia-Singapore cooperation in the transportation sector to sustainably enhance connectivity, logistics efficiency, and economic growth for both countries.
"We are committed to continuing collaboration between Indonesia and Singapore, especially in the transportation sector," he said at the 60th anniversary commemoration of Singapore, according to a statement on Friday.
Held in Jakarta on Thursday, the event highlighted the close ties between the two countries, founded on geographical proximity, a shared vision, and mutual trust.
