Jakarta, July 10 -- Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia explored opportunities to boost bioenergy cooperation with Brazil while accompanying President Prabowo Subianto on a state visit to Brasilia on Wednesday.
During a bilateral meeting with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, President Prabowo discussed clean energy, climate resilience, and strengthening collaboration in bioenergy.
Indonesia views Brazil as a key partner in its energy transition efforts, Minister Lahadalia said in a statement released here on Thursday.
