Denpasar, Bali, Feb. 13 -- Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka visited Badung Market in Bali to monitor digitalization in traditional markets as part of efforts to simplify transaction systems and strengthen a more modern and transparent trade ecosystem.

"He praised the digitalization efforts being implemented in the market," Bali Governor Wayan Koster, who accompanied the vice president on Friday, said.

A spice vendor at Badung Market, Era, said non-cash payments have greatly helped her conduct transactions.
