Jakarta, May 20 -- Indonesia's state-owned housing company, Perumnas, has emphasized that implementing the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) housing concept in urban areas requires coordinated efforts and collaboration among stakeholders.

Collaboration is essential because TOD projects involve strategic land use and integrated infrastructure, Perumnas Vice President Director Tambok Setyawati stated in a press release on Tuesday.
