Padang, West Sumatra, Nov. 27 -- A joint rescue team continued searching several areas in Agam, West Sumatra, to find victims believed to have been swept away by a flash flood in Malalak Subdistrict.
Two men were found dead and three injured survivors were taken to a nearby hospital for intensive treatment, according to Tomi, a member of the team. He said they also evacuated two elderly residents trapped by the flood.
He added that personnel from multiple agencies were still conducting search operations for those feared carried away by floodwaters, while also assisting residents trapped in their homes.
