Jakarta, Dec. 30 -- Indonesia's national police chief on Tuesday acknowledged growing public frustration captured in the slogan "no viral, no justice" and urged officers nationwide to respond swiftly to all reports, saying public trust depends on consistent, professional law enforcement rather than online pressure.

National Police Chief Listyo Sigit Prabowo said the phrase reflects a widespread perception that cases will only be handled seriously if they gain traction on social media, a view he warned must not be allowed to take root within the police force.
