Indonesia, June 28 -- The Nusantara Capital Authority (OIKN) has emphasized that the development of Indonesia's new capital in East Kalimantan is prioritizing the gradual enhancement of human resources and a shift in public mindset.
"A shift in mindset is crucial to adapt to the new phased development model of the capital city," said Alimuddin, OIKN's Deputy for Community Empowerment, on Friday.
He explained that the development of Nusantara involves four key stages: preparation, development, relocation, and administration.
