Jakarta, May 6 -- Indonesia's Hajj health team said that its members visited three Saudi Arabian hospitals to directly check the condition of pilgrims undergoing treatment at the facilities.

The visit was part of the team's commitment to ensuring optimal health services for pilgrims.

In a statement received in Jakarta on Tuesday, the head of Medina working area (Daker), Dr. Novitasari Nurlalila Bahramsyah, explained that the visit was a form of the state's presence in ensuring the quality of services and emotional support for sick pilgrims.
