Indonesia, Sept. 23 -- Indonesian Foreign Minister Sugiono said President Prabowo Subianto's core message was fully delivered despite his microphone being cut off during a speech at the Two-State Solution Summit on Palestine at the United Nations on Monday.
"I think the main points were all conveyed," Sugiono told reporters during a press briefing in New York.
He explained that each head of state was allotted five minutes to speak, and microphones automatically shut off once that limit is reached.
Prabowo exceeded the time slightly, causing the microphone to cut off near the end of his remarks.
