Jakarta, Aug. 15 -- Indonesia's House of Representatives (DPR) has commended the swift actions of President Prabowo Subianto's government in addressing various strategic issues.

This was conveyed by DPR Speaker Puan Maharani at the Annual Session of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) and the Joint Session of the DPR and Regional Representatives Council (DPD) at the Parliamentary Complex in Jakarta on Friday.

She noted that the issues include mining activities in Raja Ampat and disputed islands between Aceh and North Sumatra.
