Jakarta, Dec. 16 -- The Indonesian Poverty Alleviation Acceleration Agency (BP Taskin) has prioritized initiatives to broaden access to adequate housing for underprivileged citizens in urban regions as part of its public welfare improvement agenda.
Speaking to reporters after a media gathering in Jakarta on Tuesday, BP Taskin Head Budiman Sudjatmiko emphasized that urban poverty issues primarily stem from unequal distribution of decent property among residents rather than limited access to education and information.
