Jakarta, Feb. 1 -- Indonesia's National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) has launched responsive measures after several regions across the country experienced landslides, extreme weather, flooding, coastal erosion, and wildfires within a two-day span, from January 31 to February 1.
"Together with regional governments and relevant institutions, BNPB has been carrying out emergency measures and data collection while providing affected residents with basic necessities," said Abdul Muhari, Head of BNPB's Center for Disaster Data, Information, and Communication.
