Jakarta, Nov. 15 -- Indonesia's National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) said it has ensured a swift emergency response to a landslide striking a village in Cilacap District, Central Java, on November 13.

Twenty residents in Cibeunying Village, Majenang Sub-district, were reportedly still missing as of Friday, according to BNPB.

"The President conveyed his condolences. He instructed BNPB to deploy personnel to the site and assist in completing the landslide response in Majenang until the emergency response period is over," said Budi Irawan, BNPB's Deputy for Emergency Response, in a statement received on Saturday.
