Jakarta, Jan. 27 -- The Indonesian government has confirmed notable progress in ongoing disaster recovery efforts in regions affected by last November's floods and landslides in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra.
In a statement cited in Jakarta on Tuesday, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno attributed the progress to consistent measures taken by ministries and relevant state agencies.
"However, certain aspects still require continued monitoring. The government remains committed to helping affected regions recover and become more resilient," he remarked.
