Jakarta, April 27 -- Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman stated that Indonesia is ready to enhance cooperation in the agricultural sector with Palestine and Japan as a strategic step to strengthen food security and boost national economic growth.

He explained that Palestine's agriculture minister is scheduled to visit Indonesia in May 2025 to discuss the agricultural collaboration plan and explore the potential for a long-term partnership between the two countries.

Sulaiman conveyed this during a coordination meeting with agricultural extension workers held both online and offline in Jakarta on Saturday.
