Yogyakarta, Nov. 21 -- Indonesian National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo stated here on Friday that the police are currently examining indications of terrorist groups attempting to recruit children through online gaming activities.

He said the investigation continues alongside efforts to involve communities in early prevention.

According to him, the assessment was launched after officers identified a new pattern pointing to attempts to approach children through online games. He noted that this emerging trend requires attention from the community.
