Jakarta, Dec. 30 -- The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) has called for the alleged deathly bullying cases in Central Java, to be processed in accordance with the Child Protection Law and the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (SPPA) Law.

"So that the legal process continues in line with child protection efforts. KPAI reminds law enforcers to uphold the Child Protection Law and the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Law," KPAI member Diyah Puspitarini said here on Tuesday.

According to her, law enforcement in cases of child bullying must be firmly implemented to prevent similar incidents from recurring in the future.

"The hope is that this can be handled immediately so that no more children become victims," Puspitarini said. ...
