Jakarta, April 21 -- Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka met with Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi at the Vice President's Palace in Jakarta to discuss ways to intensify Indonesia-Malaysia cooperation.
After the meeting held on Monday, Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno stated that the two discussed various strategic issues related to bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Malaysia across multiple sectors.
"There was a discussion about enhancing economic cooperation, especially in the Batam-Johor regions," he remarked.
