Jakarta, Oct. 15 -- Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Minister Bahlil Lahadalia has launched the MinerbaOne application to enhance transparency in the mining sector.

The platform also allows companies to submit their Work Plans and Budgets (RKAB) online.

Lahadalia emphasized the enforcement of new regulations regarding the RKAB validity period, which has been changed from three years to one year.

"We have decided to change the RKAB from three years to one year, and the process can now begin," Lahadalia said.

The new rule affects mining companies whose RKABs are valid beyond 2025. It is stipulated in ESDM Ministerial Regulation Number 17 of 2025, signed on September 30, 2025.
