Jakarta, April 8 -- The government is in the process of finalizing a technical instruction draft for the tuition-free "Sekolah Rakyat" (People's School) program, according to Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf.

"My plan today is to coordinate with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education to finalize the draft of technical instructions for the Sekolah Rakyat Program," Yusuf stated after chairing a roll call at his ministry's headquarters in Jakarta on Tuesday.
