Jakarta, Feb. 12 -- Minister of Population and Family Development Wihaji underscored that investing in families is the foundation of the nation's priority programs.

"President Prabowo's eight priority programs for 2026, such as food security, energy security, Free Nutritious Meal (MBG), quality education, quality healthcare, the people's economy, universal defense, and global investment-all lead back to the family," he said in Jakarta on Thursday.

He explained that his ministry is tasked with overseeing matters related to the entire human life cycle, which often intersect with the responsibilities of other ministries and agencies.
