Jakarta, June 18 -- The Indonesian government is exploring ways to accelerate job creation by harnessing creativity and skills to develop talent across industries and improve the welfare of transmigrants.
"The structure of employment is constantly evolving from labor-intensive agriculture to capital-intensive industry, and now to the creativity-driven economy," said Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky Harsya on Wednesday.
He explained that the creative industry leverages creativity, innovation, and technology to generate added value across multiple subsectors.
