Jakarta, Nov. 12 -- Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) Puan Maharani has called for stronger cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea, particularly in green investment and socio-cultural collaboration.
She conveyed the call during a meeting with South Korean National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-shik in Seoul.
According to Maharani, collaboration in new energy and green industrial zones presents a strategic opportunity for both nations to drive the regional green economy.
She also welcomed South Korea's active efforts in promoting a low-carbon economy and sustainable investment.
