Jakarta, Dec. 10 -- Indonesia's Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR)/National Land Agency (BPN) Head Nusron Wahid confirmed that flood disaster victims in Sumatra who need to reprocess their land certificate documents again will not be charged any fee.
"We would like to announce to residents affected by the floods that if they need to process their land documents again, we guarantee that no fees will be charged," said Nusron at press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday.
As a result, flood and landslide survivors in Sumatra who need to reapply for their land certificates will face no additional or new charges.
