Jakarta, March 25 -- Indonesia's National Economic Council (DEN) Chairman Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan brought together representatives from the chambers of commerce of the United States, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Indonesia to advance his country's deregulation plan.
