Indonesia, Sept. 21 -- Nearly 600 security personnel from Indonesia's military, police, and local government have been deployed to secure the Tour de EnTeTe cycling race in Labuan Bajo, one of the country's top-priority tourism destinations in East Nusa Tenggara.

"The deployment aims to ensure smooth traffic for cyclists and the general public during the event," said West Manggarai Police Chief Adjunct Sen Coms Christian Kadang on Sunday, after leading a security inspection at local police headquarters.
