Jakarta, Aug. 29 -- The President Director of InJourney Airports, Mohammad R. Pahlevi, said the designation of 36 airports as international airports is a strategic step that will not only strengthen Indonesia's aviation ecosystem but also enhance the country's competitiveness at the regional and global levels.

Pahlevi said PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (InJourney Airports) welcomed the decision to grant international status to 36 airports in Indonesia, which was formalized through Transportation Ministerial Decree No. KM 37 of 2025 on the Designation of International Airports.
