Jakarta, Oct. 22 -- The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology and the Ministry of Manpower have agreed to collaborate in aligning higher education programs with the needs of the workforce.

The agreement was reached during a meeting between Higher Education, Science, and Technology Minister Brian Yuliarto and Manpower Minister Yassierli here on Tuesday.

Through this collaboration, the two ministries aim to integrate education and manpower planning using a data-driven approach.

They also plan to strengthen the professional certification system and develop curricula that are adaptive to future job demands, including those related to green jobs.
