Jakarta, Nov. 7 -- Indonesia will continue reciprocal tariff negotiations with the United States next week, Trade Minister Budi Santoso confirmed.
"Next week, yes. The next round of negotiations will be scheduled," Santoso said in Jakarta on Friday. However, the exact date of the talks has yet to be confirmed.
The minister explained that the negotiations are not held daily, as the United States is also conducting similar discussions with other countries.
Earlier, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto stated that the reciprocal tariff negotiations with the United States are in their finalization stage, awaiting approval from President Prabowo Subianto and U.S. President Donald Trump.
