Jakarta, May 22 -- Representatives from the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) met with members of the UK Parliament to explore opportunities for strengthening economic ties.
During the meeting in London on Tuesday, both parties discussed key issues including bilateral trade, job creation, and investment, according to a statement from Kadin on Thursday.
"We convened with an all-party parliamentary group consisting of parliamentarians who focus on Indonesia-related matters. They inquired about how Indonesia is responding to US tariffs and in which sectors the UK could collaborate," Kadin chair Anindya Bakrie said.
