Jakarta, July 16 -- The Indonesian Ministry of Defense has partnered with Turkiye to enhance vessel certification and technical standards in a move to strengthen the country's maritime defense capabilities.

The collaboration took shape during a meeting between Deputy Defense Minister Donny Ermawan Taufanto, Chairman of the Indonesian Classification Bureau (BKI) Admiral (Ret.) Marsetio, and representatives from Turk Loydu at the Ministry of Defense Office in Central Jakarta on Tuesday (July 15).
