Jakarta, Aug. 7 -- The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia launched a workshop in Jakarta to enhance education and training on Hajj-related matters.

The two-day workshop, which began on Tuesday, was attended by leaders and officials overseeing Hajj affairs in Indonesia, as well as experts in planning, operations, and education, the Saudi ministry stated in a statement received here on Wednesday.

The workshop aimed to improve the quality of education and training for service workers assisting prospective Indonesian Hajj pilgrims. This included counseling and training on the latest operational systems and programs.
