Jakarta, June 20 -- Indonesia and Russia signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on digital sector cooperation in St. Petersburg on Thursday.
Indonesia's Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs, Meutya Hafid, confirmed that the partnership will soon enter the implementation phase.
"Indonesia and Russia agreed to form a special subcommittee to serve as the main driver of the joint digital program, which will include human resources training, technology exchange, and collaborative media content initiatives," she said in a statement issued Friday.
