Poland, June 17 -- Indonesia and Poland have pledged to strengthen their economic ties in the next five to ten years by tapping the tremendous potential for bilateral cooperation in several sectors, including the green economy and energy transition.

This commitment was conveyed by vice president of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, Lukasz Gwiazdowski, after meeting with Indonesian business actors in Poland.

Speaking here on Tuesday, Gwiazdowski said other potential areas of economic cooperation that Jakarta and Warsaw could explore are sustainable transportation, waste management, and railway technology.
