Jakarta, May 22 -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that the Indonesian government, through the Indonesian AID, has signed a grant agreement with Palestine.
According to the ministry's spokesperson, Rolliansyah "Roy" Soemirat, the agreement covers a scholarship program for specialist plastic surgeons and an agricultural grant for avocado cultivation training for the Palestinian people.
He explained that the grant was implemented in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) through the framework of the Conference on East Asian Cooperation for Palestine Development (CEAPAD).
