Jakarta, June 17 -- The Ministry of Agriculture has forged a strategic partnership with the Dutch government to promote modern and sustainable horticultural production through technology application and knowledge sharing.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Sudaryono, received a visit from a Dutch delegation comprising officials from the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security, and Nature and agricultural business actors on Tuesday.
"The meeting resulted in a commitment to work together through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) by the ministers of agriculture of Indonesia and the Netherlands," Sudaryono informed at a press conference here the same day.
