Jakarta, June 16 -- Indonesian and Dutch ministries, universities, and private enterprises have signed at least 18 memorandums of understanding (MoU) worth nearly 800 million euros (Rp15 trillion) for cooperation in various sectors.

According to Dutch Vice Minister for Foreign Economic Relations Michiel Sweers, the MoU signing reflects the Netherlands' enthusiasm to collaborate with Indonesia to achieve common goals.

"It's not only signing contracts. It's building trust. It's building partnerships because we want to be a long-time reliable partner for Indonesia," Sweers said after the Dutch Economic Mission to Indonesia forum here on Monday.
