Jakarta, Feb. 12 -- Indonesia's Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, said he discussed collaborative ventures in renewable energy investments with Masdar CEO Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi.
The meeting took place as part of the World Government Summit (WGS) series in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hartarto said in a statement from his office issued on Wednesday.
He stated that his discussion with Al Ramahi focused on cooperation in the renewable energy sector, specifically the partnership between Indonesia and the UAE on the Cirata Floating Solar Power Plant (PLTS) project. This facility, located in Purwakarta, West Java, will be the largest floating solar power plant in Southeast Asia.
