Jakarta, June 27 -- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim have agreed to strengthen domestic capabilities and enhance both countries' roles within ASEAN in addressing tariff challenges, including reciprocal tariffs imposed by the United States.

Speaking at a joint press conference with President Prabowo at the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta on Friday, Prime Minister Anwar expressed support for President Prabowo's commitment to boosting bilateral investment as a shared step to meet global challenges.
