Jakarta, Feb. 25 -- Indonesia's Coordinating Minister for Legal, Human Rights, Immigration, and Penitentiary Affairs Yusril Ihza Mahendra and Malaysian Home Affairs Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail discussed a prisoner exchange accord during a meeting here on Tuesday.
"In the meeting, we discussed for the follow-up, in the not too distant future, about the prisoner exchange between Indonesia and Malaysia," Mahendra informed.
He said that the governments of Indonesia and Malaysia will later discuss the names that will be included in the prisoner exchange, when it will be implemented, and other details related to the process.
He revealed that the current prisoner transfer policy is carried out at President Prabowo Subianto's discretion...
