Jakarta, June 19 -- The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has established a strategic partnership with ITMO University in Russia for research and joint supervision of doctoral students.

Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Brian Yuliarto, noted in a statement on Thursday that ITMO's joint supervision initiative is a good practice that can inspire Indonesia.

"We see that the education model at ITMO not only focuses on science and technology but also emphasizes character building through strengthening the humanities. This is a comprehensive educational approach, and we find it highly inspiring," he affirmed.
